This scheme is pure trash, players are always back peddling than asked to make plays in the open field vs players will a full head of steam.

They almost never attack the LOS.

jaylon has been bad. no doubt. but coaches aren’t utilizing him correctly. he’s good by the LOS . give him one assignment. go get this QB or just watch this gap. that’s wen he’s at his best.

Lewis sucks. The ball bounces his way but he's too short to make more plays. He'd probably be a baller if he was taller.

Dumbest comment of the year! Congratulations. Russel Wilson would probably be a baller if he was taller to. Drew Brees might be a baller if he was taller. Darrel Green, top 100 player of all time and 5 foot 9 inches tall, CB, would probably be a baller if he was taller too!

However, that sentence could just as easily read:
"In 9 years of Jones as GM, we are 28th in takeaways and 32nd in INTs."

We've gone through a lot of coaches now (about to get another), with similar results. At some point the realization has to be made that maybe it's not so much the coaching, as it is the players the coach has to work with.

Charlton and Gregory were wasted first and second round picks. Hill, another second, was inactive for the game. Imagine how much better the defense could have been if the Cowboys hit on those very high draft picks. Can't blame the coach for that. It's all on the GM.

it's pretty dumb to compare Lewis to guys who play really well. Lewis is getting beat all game long. Do you not watch games? You can name all the great shorties you want but they do not apply to a guy getting beat like a drum by practice squad receivers!

I have never seen a middle line backer run around plays to avoid contact then high five his teammates after the tackle like he does. Countless times guys were laying their bodies on the line last night as he pranced around watching.

He blows.

I could care less about his hard work getting back. That was expected. The fact is he cannot get over the mental hurdle of that knee. That’s why he’s always dancing and prancing around.

The FO got duped. He got paid just like Elliot and Lawrence. He’s exactly like them.
