I don't know why it concerns you so much what people think about QBs. Criticism, whether justified or not is par for the course.Romo had an INT which cost us a playoff game if I'm not mistaken...maybe 2 times. Pretty sure he had at least one or he wouldn't be talked about as a playoffs choke artist
Hero ball. Interesting. That's what this board is pounding the table for...guys like Favre and rogers and Romo that will make the tight window throws. They hate Dak for not doing it, they call Romo a choke artist for taking the risk.
Have you watched Rogers? My opinion, best QB in the game if he has blocking. He will make the right read and throw tight windows and not care if it gets INT as long as his read was right and he placed the ball fairly well.
That's what this board is calling for from a QB...but INTs come with playing that risky-throw game.
It's a trap to hate. 'Make risky throws so I can call you a choker' and if they play safe like Dak 'he's weak minded and scared to throw tight windows'
It's lose-lose for QBs on this board. Just trap city...it's pathetic.
A QB needs to come into the job and give his first interview and tell the audience "I'm gonna make the right read, I'm gonna throw a decent ball in tight windows...and I don't want to hear about the INTs that come with this style"
Just get out ahead of the haters. Or have an attitude like Shedeur about it all.
It's pretty sad that hate has to be allowed to work on people or you get shunned.
Romo fumbled the snap in 2006. He did not have a game losing pick in 2007. In 2009 he was sacked 100 times, and we got destroyed by like 35 points. In 2014 Dez didn't catch the ball. That's it for the playoffs. I don't recall any game losing picks in the playoffs. In regular season, yes. If you want devastating game losing picks in the playoffs, see Brett Favre.
