As to No. 2 ... Dream on. We have no chance of sniffing ther Super Bowl unless 6 to 8 other teams disband or disappear into the Goodell gulag. Jerry will give us these expectations, but he has to (for 22 years, now) because it is his job to make money.

Hey, I'm just very much optimistic about this team. I can definitely see us getting to the SB within the next 3 years. The hiring of Richards was a brilliant move, and I think he can bring us the Legion of Doom.

I'll go with the second one lol. Either way, I really like the hiring of him. We like hiring HCs from within the organization, and he's in the organization. I think he's a LEGIT HC option of Garrett fails to deliver soon. Not to mention that he was with Seattle for the entire time of the Legion of Boom. I don't know if it's fair to say that he assembled them, but, like I said on another thread, he certainly helped develop them at a minimum. He's got a young secondary here that needs molding. He's brilliant at that. I daresay that we'll have a fierce hard-hitting secondary before the season's out.

I don't get how both of you guys think this organization is moving in the right direction and Jerry is finally getting but give coaching a poor grade. Hiow are they getting it if he's still coaching here?

personnel acquisition has no choice but do well to assemble a team that even Garrett can win with.
that means the team is stacked that it does not need much game adjustment.
also need to assume the team will be handicapped as the other team's coach will outfox our coaches in critical moments.
