Question about privileges?

Is there any part of this site that one does not have access to if all you have done is register for free?

Case in point, there is one thread in the regular forum in which it was moved. An article by Hill Jr. I couldn't read it. Does this mean I have no access to it?

It was moved to the deleted section because it was a duplicate thread...in other words the article in the thread was already on the board...so you are really not missing it as it was a repost.
