Question about "Fanhood"...

Been to several games at Texas Stadium from the day they opened until the last year. Fans are always excited when the team does well and at times can be loud other times they sit on their hands. The team improvement though had nothing to do with the Media or the fans.

The only thing our behavior does on this forum is annoy each other.

Oh they care believe they care, especially when you show up at the Stadium and BOOO Jerry Jones fake plastic team and then never return.

They really do care but since some fans will idly sit by for 12 years without raising a brow, why should Jerry Jones who IS THE DALLAS COWBOYS care.


That makes Fans even more sick, Jerry Jones plastic mug is the face of this franchise, not Romo or Ware.

Yes the media helps win or lose in every single franchise around the Nation.

Only the Dallas media exposes Jerry Jones and has for 12 1/2 years to the rest of the NFL and Nation, look at the Raiders, Media effects Officials and therefor penalties. Players of Professional Football, Announcers and Fans around the league look at the Dallas Cowboys and laugh out loud because of the face of our franchise, Jerry "wanna be a Football Guy" Jones.

Dallas is disrespected all across the Nation by Fans and Players alike, some players would never think about comming here to play for Jones.

That's well known. The reason why is too.

Players around the NFL will tell you that it's just too disfunctional around here to win it all in Dallas and it has been for over a Decade. Directly because of the Owner/GM. While they smile and laugh because it's an ongoing joke.

Not atall. You should pay more attention these comments are comming from NFL players, annoucers on every national outlet TV and Radio and if you pay enough attention even Coaches around the League.

Just yesterday I heard an interview with New England QB Tom Brady who was laughing out loud at the Dalllas Cowboys for going at Champ Baily twice in a row to end the Denver game....Jerry Jones defended that call so did Romo saying we (Garrett) got what they wanted.

The only thing that could send me over the edge is a radical redesign of the uniforms (the hideous green pants are bad enough), or the team moving to another city. Bad seasons, players, coaches, GM's are just part of the deal.

No they wouldn't, that's why they are even more determined to win because of the mentally strong Fan base. They simply know Football, Dallas used to be that way, even after Landry when Jimmy was here we had knowlegable strong willed fans. Now it seems like the strong Fan Base is watered down, drained and has an inability to be disturbed.

Did you see me almost touch the rafters when Hurd broke away from the defender for 53 yards? Did you hear me groan when they replayed chump knocking the ball out of Hurd's hands the second time?

It was a long drive back to Albuquerque, but the game stayed in Denver. On Sunday's, I live and die by the Cowboys, but I am realistic. On Monday, I have work to do, I wear my Cowboys jacket in and out.

So next time you want to infer that a fan for over 30 years, is a loser because they can let a game go when its over, look in the mirror, and start repeating Jack Handy lines, because that's about the only thing you're going to have an effect on.

Dude.. some of us have been through 1-15. Success Rule of Thumb... no condition is permanent.. the seasons change.

Cowboys 4 life... I remember watching that game at RFK in 1989 and loving every moment of it. That was the ONLY game we won that year.
