I really am not second guessing it at all, but I think Crayton would be the perfect holer.

He has great hands and was once a QB so if you wanted to do a fake he would be perfect.

Next year it will be somebody else I bet.

The best FG holder I ever saw was a starting QB in the NFL. His name was Joe Theisman. Yeah, the idiot was a great holder.

Personally I wish someone else would hold, but Romo did a great job up until that one botched hold. I will cut him all the slack he needs while I privately hope someone else does the holding from here on out. I want him concentrating on the offense.

Romo won't be the holder next season. I'm almost sure of that.

As stated above, Plummer was the only planned starter to be used as a team's holder.

Unless we just don't have another guy capable of doing the job, or unless Gramatica has some weird preference for Romo, I think the duty will be handed to someone else next season.

And I would have answered this question the same way even if he hadn't bobbled that snap.
