Question, on espn at 5 pm corner something, media persons mentions loophole for jerry

ok, someone said that around the horn, at 5 pm, covering cowboys introducing jason garrett as head coach, that a female reporter said that the espn lawyers looked at the contract, and said there are loopholes that jerry jones can get around on jason making decisions

my question though is this, if espn, and evidently media writers were allowed reading contract too, like for instance, jerry said something like page such and such, paragraph 3, 2 lines down, you can read where jason has final say on any coaches coming or leaving, and jason has the ok to approve any player on this team that he doesnt want or wants

if that contract is available, is it available to fans or someone that is maybe a lawyer on this board to read the contract, (possibly even find jimmy johnsons contract with cowboys),

to me, what i heard jerry is giving up some control, but he doesnt really want to say he is to a degree, and from what i heard, jason asked for that control, to make decisions that is good for the team as a whole

im sure jason has the final say but if jerry jones wants a player really bad he will get the player he wants since he owns the team. he must have a loophole in it.

was just curious, ultimately, like jerry jones said, and i thiink we all agree, the owner has the final say whether to fire coaches or players, what have u

for example the titans issue with fisher and young and bud adams owner

but bottom line, coach has to run the team so that players fear and respect the head coach;

Jerry just used that line as an example and said that he wouldn't discuss contract specifics to the media.

im going to give my friend wade lover larry a chance to post here, from what he heard

now, i did talk to a another friend of mine that is a very good lawyer and this is what he basically said; (also his daughter was there at press conf for cheerleaders for cotton bowl when the cowboys made press conference with jerry jones and jason garrett, , and she took video shots with her camera, if my lawyer friend can find out a way to send the pictures, i will post them for you all,(i loved what she said and i believe it to, she said put it down in the books for histroy, when cowboys signed jason garrett as next great coach) but my lawyer friend said this his thinking or guess was that portions of the contract agreement were released to the media, maybe some type of sort of legal request at these types of head coach signings, etc, though that the terms of the financial committment agreement would not be discussed, and from he heard from the meeting, things suggest that Garrett got more authority and I think he did, which is super, Go Cowboys, Go Jason Garrett!

no problem buddy, sometimes my post arent structured very good, but i do the best i can,

i was trying to edit some, and you have to fix it before 5 minutes are up, so thats why some writing is long

i wished i could have some more legal rights to edit post, with more time limits, so other moderators wouldnt have to fix my posts sometimes, and i woudnt have to be on such a time limit to correct things, maybe one day, i can be given some more control over my posts, so more readable and correct, hint, hint, hint, moderators

thanks buddy, im sure they do, but bigger picture, from what i heard, jerry is conceding some control to jason, if things work out, and jerry wants it to work out so in future jason and stephen can work out

i like how jason asked for some of that power too, and where jerry jones said jason would make final decision on coaches, and jason had to ok any players on or off the team
