Didn't really know where to post this, so chose here...

Couple of questions for ya'll:

1. Any idea on whether or not professional teams tune in the broadcasts of their games, looking for something that the cameras might pick up, or the broadcasters point out, for inside information? I can only say that if I were in a position to say do that, I would. Might be a few second camera shot of a player with an injury that just happened, and trying to play through it, might be anything.

2. We all know about spiking the ball to save time. We also know about a "regular" play where a QB is called for intentional grounding when passing to nobody while in the pocket. What would be the call if a QB drops back, many seconds pass, he's under no real pressure but everyone is covered, so he just suddenly spikes the ball into the ground?

3. Why didn't BSPN show any Cowboys game highlights tonight during MNF halftime? Or did I happen to miss them?

4. Why doesn't the NFL HoF consider Assistant Coaches? Aren't they being slighted?

Just asking. Ducking the flamethrowers coming back my way in case...

If the QB drops back and spikes the ball between the tackles then it's a penalty and loss of down.

Coaches and others have to have had a great effect on the game to get into the HOF.
