yeah, you don't trade for guys and then try to squeeze them on their contracts. 2026 is mostly guaranteed a couple of days into the league year.

We literally just traded for him a few months ago. You don't cut bait on that after a year.

It's not squeezing, not how it works. You extend him and push it down the road.

This window, assuming it's opening, is good for around the next 2 seasons after this one. Push the money after that.

Is his brother still benched in New York? I hope they give up on that and release him. Most teams seem to be cool about that when the season is over and the contract is too, but they blew the trade. Could have gotten some more out of Jerry to add the bro. Could use some more solid LB depth.

But yeah Quinnen is a beast man. I’m just glad they used the resources where it matters most for the defense. On the defensive line. The trenches

yep. i HATED losing micah and how it was handled, and when the trade rumors started circulating, the only one that remotely intrigued me was for Q. so even though it was handled poorly and backed into, ultimately i think it's a solid move.

Steele is awful. He is a liability and we are better off without him.

We are full of grass-is-greener fans. I prefer to find out if we are better off before we get rid of players. We've seen limited play from Thomas so far and he was actually worse at right tackle than Steele has been in most games. Thomas played well when he had to step in at left tackle, but his RT debut did not go as well.

Now, I wouldn't have minded if we'd played Thomas some at RT against the Raiders. We need to find out if we're better off. But until we do, I wouldn't part ways with the only RT we've got who has shown he can play the position effectively at times. Not every game is like the Cardinals game for Steele.

I'm thinking based on No-Schott's comments that he had Steele on a short leash against the Raiders, but Steele played well in that one so he didn't see a need to send in the sub.

Anyone who thinks Osa is better than Clark isn't paying attention, like at all.

Osa = Crawford. Good rotational type. Thing is, we haven't had a topnotch starter at DT in so long, many had no idea what it even was.

Before this season, I saw several claim we had a top 10 DL and topnotch DTs. It was sickening.

He is as advertised and more, Love that he said all he needed to see was kneeland on the video board and it was game on from there. The whole line played with kneeland on their mind and it showed. Clear eyes,full heart, can't lose!!!!
