I've taken some college math........so let me try something. If we take 7 and divide it by 9 thats .563. And last I checked .563>.500. and the same last year. He's changed the team in 4 years and is making progress but you want instant success. That doesn't happen often in this league.

Let me toss some elementary math at you.

34(# of wins in 4 years) divided into 66(# of games played in 4 years) = .515

.515 rounded to the nearest whole = .500

0 (# of playoff wins) divided into 4(# of years in place) = 0
