Fun read. Love Richard Sherman.

Was surprised to hear him say that Rodgers should be the MVP over his own guy Wilson, another defender (Watt) or even Romo.

Rodgers didnt play well against Seattle.

Fun read. Love Richard Sherman.

Wish we have someone like him on the D too.

I think Wilcox and others stop chase is partly because they are gassed (not trying to make excuses). D was on the field way too much in the 2nd half. Even our LB's were exhausted.

A day or two before the game on Sunday, @Risen Star made a thread asking about Wilcox. I remember thinking he seemed like a guy with hustle who I'd like to see develop more.

After the loss to the Packers, I dunno if there is a DB i would rather see gone. For as bad as Church looks sometimes, usually, he just gets beat physically. Wilcox was horrific in pass coverage.

Both Church and Wilcox had subpar seasons. They were serviceable -- kind of like Wal-Mart toaster pastries as opposed to Pop-Tarts -- but it's hard to get excited about them.

I think Church has maxed out his potential but Wilcox still has upside, especially as a SS.

I would love to see Dallas try and upgrade one of the safety spots this off-season; they need more plays from that position.

Easy win for Seattle. Rodgers may own us like NFC North teams but the Seahawks and 49ers own him

I post on a few boards, and I'll tell you what, most of their fans didn't seem to want to see Dallas again either. They were going nuts when that Dez call went down. I've never seen so many of them so happy.

I live near Seattle. Some fans said they would have killed us (there's always those), but most conscientious ones are glad they're playing GB instead of us.

And his pursuit angles.

Go look at the video of the fumble. Murray had the ball high and tight when it was punched out. Sherman is wrong. Peppers just made a good play.

I agree with you on that particular play. Peppers made a great play. However, he has been carrying the rock too loosely for my taste. He has gotten away with it for the most part but it will haunt him in the future. Reminds a bit of Barber in NY. Barber learned to hold on later in his career. Too little too late for him.

Sherman is a football genius, he should coach one day.

Anyways, I will go to my grave saying this. The Cowboys beat themselves in that game. I know Rodgers wound up winning it for them, but the Dallas Cowboys made so many pivotal mistakes in that game the allowed Green Bay to get back in it. And we still had a chance to win it.

It seems like Jerry is going to do whatever is necessary to get our defense to a top defense and that's pretty scary for the league. Playing the way we did with all the mistakes coming down the stretch, and still should have been going to Seattle where I know for sure we would have won, I think right now. We're a Super Bowl team. Next season, god forbid, if we manage to stay healthy at QB and some other important positions, we are hands down a Super Bowl favorite to win, if we find STUDS for the defensive line.
