Dukes and Woodson are both incredulous at this move by the Bucs on Total Access right now. They think Shanahan should have gotten the job. They can't figure out what Bucs ownership was thinking......

The guy I know who works for the Bucs just told me this minutes ago. ESPN has good sources too.

Mark Dominick will be the new GM. <<< This info is new to you.

Damn, son. You got more good tips than Jennifer Love Hewitt.

Las Vegas here I come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No one will answer their messages.

I think the midnight oil is burning.

The only message I got I posted earlier. Garrett is gone as OC. Most likely to St. Louis. I suppose there's still a chance he could be the HC here, but I'd say that is slim and none.

The Brian Stewart firing shocked me. That came form nowhere.

Might be a long night.

Someone make some coffee.

And someone take the first watch.

I gotta get my sleep or else I don't look this good.

Morris over Gruden.

:laugh2:

I have a feeling Gruden will be coaching again before Monday rolls around. I hope it's in Dallas in some capacity.

What, the Rooney Rule doesn't apply?

Kidding... Morris may be the next "out of nowhere" great HC... or not.

Bold move.

But a good one. He is a guy who will grow into the role nicely.

I so want Jon Gruden as head coach...!!!!!

You can't be serious right? Give me Shanahan all day over this guy... He's basically wearing Tony Dungy's Superbowl ring right now, guys I know from that Championship team will admit that. He had two good years in the NFL, 1 with the Raiders and another with the Bucs.

He's only 32, did you say the same about boy wonder Josh McDaniels?

The only thing he has in common with Josh McDaniels is his age.

The only thing he has in common with Mike Tomlin is his background in the Tampa 2.

He has never been a coordinator of anything.

I really am amazed at how some NFL GMs act just like teenage girls.

The newest fad overwhelms a great majority of them.

Right now the fad is to go young. Young coaches can relate to today's crazy athlete!

What is strange is that there is nothing even in recent history that has any consistency to ratify that opinion.

I've known of this guy from my ties to various NFL players. Only time will tell about BOTH of them. Who cares about being a coordinator?? Wade Phillips has been a "coordinator" and Dallas still sucks, so what is your point? Or what about Mike Singletary, he was never a coordinator either, and I'd take him over a lot of coaches out there right now....

beg to differ with you Hos on this one. Manchester United is one of the most prestigious, revenue generating sports teams in the world. I think they are more famous than our beloved Cowboys.
