I beg your pardon. My emoji had both hands upThis is just a Dak vs Rush thread in disguise. It’s not about loving both of them it’s about who do you love more. No one is going to love them both.
I’m sure if Dak was playing you would temper your expectations as wellyou mean like the yahoos here that have been actively rooting against Cooper Rush and have been lashing out in many threads here?……open your eyes, we are seeing this here after every excruciatingly sweet win that Cooper Rush delivers
Only 6 more days for some of y’all to be able to finally point your fingers at an UDFA with 4 career starts that have absolutely scared the bejeezus out of y’all……it’s been entertaining to watch the twisting in the wind and the biting of tongues after every win.
But remember that this game is against the defending SB Champs so temper the giddiness…..he’s already beaten the defending AFC Champs so this may be a bit anticlimactic.

Dak:
Top 10 QB entering the season (and certainly paid like one), or top 13 if you hate him, or below top 13 if you hate him and if you’ve had a lobotomy.
Played like crap in Week 1, then got hurt.
Rush:
How many backup QBs get 5 years on the same team and in the same system? Rush is living proof that hard work and continuity pays off.
I love his command of the offense and his willingness to throw deep if the matchup dictates it.
He’s fairly risk-averse and accurate enough.
He’s taken 2 total sacks in his 3 starts, and has ZERO TURNOVERS this season (to be fair, he might’ve gotten a tad lucky that his 2 INTs today were called back).
He plays the game as if it’s easy, or at least he’s making it look that way.
Don’t turn it over, don’t take sacks, take what the defense gives you, throw deep when it’s single coverage. Simple.
It helps having a defense and run game and when the penalties actually go our way for a change, but Rush is getting it done.
We have TWO QBs I believe in right now, and if we beat the Rams and Rush impresses again... Dak’s officially on notice. Play well or step aside!
Awesome problem to have. 3-1!
Bro please.. first of all your a guy who has Julius Jones in his name alongside Cowboys legend RBs, which is downright disrespectful..
Second, Dak has been declared elite so many times on this forum, you probably can’t count. All the Dak-stans just back-peddling ever since, just like they are doing here by giving Rush this type of credit, when telling us before this franchise collapsed with the mediocre QB that is Dak. In fact, in this thread you’ve got plenty of folks that used to ride his jock and even they bailed.

More like Cowboys fans vs zealots like you who root against your favorite team’s QB.This thread certainly separates those who run more on emotion from those who run more on reason.
"Love."
"Actively roots against."
lol....

Honestly, neither is the long term answer.*RAISES HAND*

If our defense is actually legit and can keep this up in the playoffs, we can win big with either one of them.Honestly, neither is the long term answer.
We shall see.If our defense is actually legit and can keep this up in the playoffs, we can win big with either one of them.
