Yeah they’re dooshes and DH’s.Bad idea. It won't be productive. Nothing but fights.
I disagree. I think practicing against your own team gets monotonous and you sometimes need the variety to improve your game.Bad idea. It won't be productive. Nothing but fights.
That's all true. I commend you for your ability to understand this but if we have learned anything from previous attempts to relieve such monotony by allowing these teams to practice together is that egos get in the way and it just turns out to be a display of testosterone gone bad.I disagree. It's football. Football is violent and tempers tend to flare. You can compile a list like this for all 32 teams lol. That's all true. How many examples do you need? Good intention gone bad... it never fails to turn out to be a positive experience.

Right. I'd rather they beat up on someone else!Yep and we will see our own guys getting into fights with each other during camp as we see every year.
If teams want to do that to their own guys fine - they have no right to drag another team into it when they are helping get them prepared for the season. Let the Rams fight themselves. It's football. Wrong. Football in controlled chaos. This is just chaos. It's football. Football is violent and tempers tend to flare. You can compile a list like this for all 32 teams lol.
This is not a new concept. Teams have done this before, and I'm sure the coaches have been around long enough to know how things go.Bad idea. It won't be productive. Nothing but fights.
Read the damn thread before you post. I've already brought up the previous times this has been done. The Rams like to fight the Cowboys. It's not a productive experience. This is not a new concept. Settle your anger issues … lol. So I read the OP only - a calm comment about reading further would do fine. Ranting just looks ridiculous.Read the damn thread before you post. Quit claiming practice won't be productive. It's like you don't want the team prepared for the season.Read the damn thread before you post. I've already brought up the previous times this has been done. The Rams like to fight the Cowboys. It's not a productive experience.
I'm just expressing my opinion and I've noted yours. We'll just have to wait and see how productive this turns out. But you can expect an "I told you so" coming from me when it turns into an ego-fest of fighting.Settle your anger issues … lol

Besides, the examples you gave were training camp - practices in pads and hitting each other. This is OTAs. Not remotely apples to apples.
And even if it were training camp, all your examples show is there can be fights, not that it's an absolute that fights will result in any and every joint practice being completely unproductive. Again, the coaches have been around and done this before. I'm sure a guy sitting at home in front of a computer can't tell them anything new.
And realistically, stirring the competitive juices is probably part of the point, don't you think? Obviously the point of the joint practice isn't to show the other team everything they are working on.
Cowboys fight with themselves every training camp. We should cancel that to avoid the chaos.I'm just expressing my opinion and I've noted yours.
