Rams get #1 overall

Honestly, it looks like a terrible spot for us to be in. If the quarterbacks go one-two, nobody is looking to trade up at that point so we're likely stuck at #4. And I would expect San Diego to take Ramsey at #3 as well, leaving this team to decide between Tunsil or Bosa. And while both are good players, I don't view Bosa as special or worth #4 overall and Tunsil is 'overkill' on the offensive line.

But if I'm stuck, I'm taking Tunsil and building the greatest line the league has ever seen.

I could live with that, but I disagree on Bosa. Some have him as the No. 1 prospect in this draft and I think he's going to be a solid starter at worst and a force to reckon with at best.

Let's stop talking about Lynch at #4. This is not happening. Even if the Cowboys like him, if they were smart they could move down to the mid 1st and snag him and gain an extra 2 for a DL or CB.

With SF and Philly sitting at #7 and #8, not to mention Buffalo at #19, all either needing or wanting a QB I wouldn't be so cock sure that Lynch lasts until the mid first. If Wentz and Goff go 1 and 2 market forces are going to push Lynch up draft boards based on talent and availability.

i think drafting a linebacker like jack with a bum knee or another cornerback would be awful. this team needs playmakers on defense and offense at least give yourself a chance by trading back or taking Elliot.

Is there honestly a less 'game-changing' trifecta of players than Ramsey, Bosa, or Jack? Take a look at each of their 'productivity' and lack thereof, especially in their 'audition seasons'.

This team tied a record for defensive play-making futility in 2015, are they looking to break that record in 2016?

If not, stay away from this bunch.

Those 5 sacks impressed you this year? Or was it that 40-time?

Sorry, I think Kevin Dodd will be a far better pro and can be had much later. Bosa's not worth #4 to me. Greg Ellis mistake all over again. Drafting a good player in a great player spot.

The blockbuster trades arent over. Stay tuned for another that involves a top five, perhaps even #4.

His overall pressure/impact numbers have been in the same range with plenty of players who have excelled in the league. But I guess you can be shortsighted and just look at his sack numbers last year and 40 time.

Or be more short-sighted and overlook them. You might feel better projecting success with a #4 overall pick but I prefer proven productivity. At that spot, I expect 'special' not 'good'.

OK. Say it goes like this:

Rams- Wentz
Browns- Goff
Chargers- Ramsey

We trade the pick to the Titans, grab their 1st rounder this year and then either also get the Rams or Titans 2017 1st and kick in a 3rd rounder or so. Given the choice I would take the Rams 1st next year. Most likely a top 3 pick and then we grab the QB of the future next year. Titans get Tunsil and still have a boatload of picks.

You're dreaming.

You possibly swap picks with the Titans and get one of their 2nds plus that 2017 1st (instead of both of their 2nds this year). Generally a future 1st is valued at a present year 2nd rounder. Not bad.
But the I wouldn't look for the Titans to be picking in the top 4 next year. I think they'll improve a lot this year.

I know he's better than Free. But the OL was the best in football with Free so to me and they apparently think Green can play as well. So in that sense, Tunsil is overkill, especially when you have so many other needs.

Great Tunsil is better than Free. And he makes the best OL in football............ still be the best OL in football. All the while, the defense, for example, continues to lack top shelf talent.

Sorry, but no one will convince me that Tunsil is a smart move given what this franchise has invested already in the OL and all their other needs.

I also think that if you get a Tunsil, he eventually will want to play Left Tackle. That is where the OL glory and more important, money is. Maybe, just maybe he is fine with playing RT. He will want LT moneyafter his rookie contract, assuming he is as great as projected.

I think Tunsil goes to Chargers. They drafted Gordon last year and it only makes sense to get an OLineman he can run behind for years.

The Browns could also use him if they believe they need don't need Goff and want better protection for RGIII.

We could very well see Ramsey or Goff @ #4

They say a future 1st is like the #48 pick in this years draft. It lines up on the trade value chart.

#4- 1700
#15- 1050
#48- 450 (next years 1st perceived value)
#76- 210

1700 vs 1710 in point value comparison

Unless you just love Tunsil, Ramsey or Elliott at #4, I don't think there are going to be any "game-changing" players available at #4.
This draft is not top heavy with game-changing players according to all the so called professional pundits.
