Randy Gregory may have a chance

How is that good for Randy if he smokes it for fun not for medical reasons lol.

Why? He has missed a lot of time already as a rookie player who needed development yet that has passed. He will be suspended this season and since he failed another test he is banned from the league so at best you are looking at 2 years before he can even apply for reinstatement. All the work that active players require to be able to play in this league he is not able to get. Meantime more young players with futures will be coming into the league and will further along than a guy who has been sitting for more than 2 seasons.

I'm not sayin this to slam Gregory, I'm just looking at the reality. The longer he sits out the odds of returning become slimmer.

He has a long road to travel to return to playing yes. And he should be eligible the apply for reinstatement at the end of this year.
My comment was siad in jest for all those that make comments like it is a done deal he won't or can't return. It should never be ruled out at this point in time.

And what evidence do we have that Gregory is legitimate? His 1 sack in 8 games?

No evidence whatsoever, but hope Red is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies. ;)

Randy Gregory. Our best defensive prospect. Only true RDE in our system. Getting railroaded by antiquated ideologies who oogie boogie weed is gonna kill us all and make our children dumb and cause traffic
So lets pretend for a minute that the NFL makes pot legal.

So now we have a Randy Gregory who smokes a suitcase full of pot a day. How will that make him a better player?

He will probably just in thr middle of the field pulling out grass blades while the play goes on around him. Like a 5 year old playing center field.

Until we find a legitimate pass rusher people will talk about Randy Gregory.
since Deware left the ONLY player that has been in a cowboys jersey that was a true legitimate pass rusher was Hardy. After several years of such, you start to see hope in places where previously you would never have seen a thing.

supposedly gregory smokes weed because it helps him cope with day to day pressures of life, etc. So how in the world anyone would expect him to cope with the pressures of playing pro football in real games makes me shake my head.

******* echo chamber in here.

His first game against the Giants. His first preseason when Haley was drooling over him. His last two games in 16.

His 15 year after the high ankle sprain was marred with lingering effects. He was out of most of 16, but when he was in at the end, he was all over the place. Remember all the ruling when he couldn't play in the post season, mon frere? Or nah, you don't?

You outta ask to borrow @zrinkill's sig.
