Randy Gregory! This is why I am Excited!

You're not giving JPP enough credit. His floor has always been higher than any of the guys you named.
Oh I am. I used to love JPP. But zoners here convinced me that with only 3 fingers JPP could not/ would not be an effective DE. So I blindly accepted their arguments on the issue. Man, where they wrong, that dude can still play. He was destroying Free with his speed.

I had many posts stating that we should watch out for Vernon vs Tyron and JPP vs Free. Regretfully they where dismissed. Peeps said that Vernon only got Tyron on a rainy day and that without AHJs other two fingers JPP wouldn't be able yo hand fight or tackle

Those in trouble just forget them. Caring is so overrated.
This isn't a charity organization or a halfway house. There are 53 jobs for qualified, committed, and deserving players. It's not fair to the others players and coaches trying to accomplish something and are EARNING their money.

Gregory is just wasting roster space. Get the help, but do it elsewhere.

By your standard, we should have cut Michael Irvin or Nate Newton or Charles Haley.

Yes ... let's keep drafting questionable players in the 2nd round. Drug history, serious injury, character issues? No problem ...

yes lets go ahead and return Dak with the DUI also.
it would be scary to see all the issues with the players.

remember the 1st round LT miami took with the bong picture...
a top RDE is probably as valued as a top LT, if not more

gregory is just stupid
smarter players probably know how to avoid getting caught
even if gregory does well, the sad thing is we need to put resources there because he is unreliable

For starters, Free isn't that high of a measuring bar. Second, while he had a few nice pressures, he didn't record a sack and I'm not sure if he ever knocked Prescott down, but may need to go back and watch the game to be sure. AI just don't think I saw anything to suggest he'd be effective against and above average tackle going against a veteran QB.

Also, I'm just going to keep suggesting that we move him to Strong Side OLB. Minnesota is doing this with Anthony Barr, Atlanta has Vic Beasley playing LB in a 4-3 and Oakland has Bruce Irvin playing OLB in a 4-3.

Fair enough. Some zoners here think free is above avg and we dog him too much. I think he ok at best and is getting old. Ill keep my eyes on what JPP does the rest of the season

If Gregory can stay on the field he has promising talent, but I don't think really instills a lot of confidence in anyone at this point.
