I'll give it a: B+ out of an/A+.

Reason: Love the AOA pick, its my favorite. Love the Lee pick its great, although I would've traded down and grabbed Butler and another 4th pick. The Bryant pick im cool with, just would've prefered Bulaga. The Young Pick im crazy about, can take over for Colombo in 2011/2012, and hes durable. The Wall pick is meh, dont care either way and im crazy about the Lissemore pick. Hes a player.

Not sure how you couldn't give it an A but i'm sure we'll see a lot of B grades.

I'll wait just a while and reserve judgment.

to me, we got 5 good players out of 7, 2 of them were busts to me
wall and young

so i would say a B

or B-

A.

3 likely starters within the next 2 years. Can't do much better than that.

B

I loved the Dez, Akwasi, Lee, and Lissmore picks

Im not sure about Sam Young, Jamar Wall

A, not A+

-Would have been an perfect draft but I'll wait to see how Sam Young plays

Pretty good draft; Young's the only one Im not thrilled about, but he was a 4 year starter at a big school...So it's not the worst thing

I really like the Wall pick...Sounds like a player; will contribute on special teams, great depth at CB

We got 2 good players that can contribute this year. We are not the Commanders. This is a tough team to walk on and be a starter as a rookie.

The kid from Indiana should also contribute on special teams.

Other than Sean and Dez, the rest of the guys will be works in progress and we'll see what happens. I'd give this draft a B+

...........................................................................................F -.....

We drafted the best WR, the 2nd best ILB (best if we are to believe Singletary), and a guy who will eventually move to FS and has higher rated ball skills than Berry and Thomas. We added depth at CB, OL and DL. We picked up two electric return men.

A

Come to think of it, we didn't draft Morgan Burnett, so I have to agree with you :)

B

Very good players but we didn't address a few needs. We still have time to do that though.

I'm pretty pleased with all of them, but I'm impressed with the Bryant, Lee and Owusu-Ansah picks. The other three are going to be projects, but who knows, if they can immediately contribute to special teams, they can learn.

Since nobody wanted to trade for Spears or Crayton, the entire draft value has to be downgraded, because of only getting 6 picks in a deep draft. I give it a B for now.

Who is the back-up to Doug Free? Do you think Adams will come back as a back-up?

As it stands BIGG is the back up to Free...remember as it stands.

I think we get a player or two via FA.

For this yr, the draft is all about those first two picks, and they were exceptional.

AOA is the wildcard. He could end up being a key special team contributor this yr and a potential FS fixture down the road.

The last 3 picks are about depth and development for the future. The W&M kid sounds really intriguing, and Wall could easily end up the 4th CB.

Very very good weekend. We moved up twice to get highly rated players and still ended up with the same number of picks as we started with. Great job of working the draft.

There were only six players selected, Joe.
