When you have a top 5 wr in the entire league. That's gives you a B at minimum. Outside of Lamb, it's not good at all. But Mahomes, josh allen, Lamar Jackson all get the job done with much worse receivers than we have currently.
Bills and Chargers groups are worse.
And yes, maybe Ravens too

The thing is though what they lack in receiver they have in tight end. Mark Andrews and Kelce are perennial top 5 guys. Also notice though Ravens and Bills have solid running attacks with not only their running backs but quarterbacks too. Their offense isn’t outdated.

Josh Allen though yeah I like Shakir but that receiving group is rough.

They really really need someone with playmaking ability across from CeeDee. Nothing against Cooks who is just a solid guy but he did not make anything happen. The rest are pretty much #3-#4 types good enough to just make a roster but not make any big plays or be the main guy if CeeDee went down.
as you get older you get slower. Cooks really should have been moved to slot #3 spot and another play maker being brought in with CeeDee

I voted D, they're pretty bad.

-Lamb is a stud, Turpin could be very useful if utilized correctly.
-Brooks and Tolbert are both weak as hell. If they don't do anything else this offseason they need to figure out what CeeDee's diet and workout regiment was last year and replicate it. And I have no idea why they traded draft capital for Mingo.

Went B-

CeeDee obviously covers a lot of flaws. There are plenty of teams who have a C or D graded receiving corps where CeeDee is worth more than all their members combined

I know it doesn’t directly relate to the passing game, but Turpin’s return duty has to be considered when arguing him as the best 4th/5th string WR in the NFL

Tolbert is a fine fringe starter or depth piece.

Really need to upgrade Cooks to get a higher grade though. As well as bring in some young depth. The passing game can’t disappear when Lamb is out

Personal grade scale:

4.00 A+
3.75 A
3.50 A-
3.00 B+
2.75 B
2.50 B-
2.00 C+
1.75 C
1.50 C-
1.00 D+
0.75 D
0.50 D-
0.00 F

My grades per receiver:

A+ (4.00) CeeDee Lamb
B+ (3.00) Brandin Cooks
B- (2.50) Jalen Tolbert (Did show me improvement this season)
C+ (2.00) Jalen Brooks
C+ (2.00) Ryan Flournoy
C+ (2.00) Jonathan Mingo (not all his fault/not enough opportunities for me to go on after the trade)
C+ (2.00) KaVontae Turpin (grade could go higher for me IF they continue nurturing him as a receiver)

4.00 + 3.00 + 2.50 + 2.00 + 2.00 + 2.00 + 2.00 = 17.5

17.5 ÷ 7 = 2.5

My answer? B-. It is good to have a receiver like CeeDee Lamb skew an overall grade favorably.

Without a better approach i was wavering between C+ and B-.

I didn't want to give the credit of a B, but if you add ONE more stud to go with CD, and Turpin (with expanded role,) then you're looking at an A. Consequently I can't go with a C now.

The other guys are JAGs until proven otherwise.
