Yeah I have...I love Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs.

Long periods of slow dialogue were fine in those movies.

But it wasn't what I wanted out of a supposed WWII action movie.

It wasn't a bad movie...it just didn't live up to my expectations.

Really?? wow.

I couldn't stop laughing at Brad Pitt's character. I was on the edge of my seat at the opening chapter. I'll admit it did get a little slow with the German sniper hitting on Shoshanna stuff.

I definitely wanted more of the Basterds in the movie. It seemed like each chapter with them was consistently great.

Actually for me, the bar scene is what killed the pacing of the movie.

Up 8/10

Could have done without [strike]Jar-Jar Binks[/strike] the bird.

Good point. He was probably happier before his revelation.

Better to have loved and lost? BS.

Me too, but I'm still more of a man than you.
It's not exactly like you won the gold in Olympic high-jumping with that hurdle.

Bob, you're being insulted. Again.

Pitt's I-talyen in that movie is hilarious.

I loved the movie. Thought it was great.

I could have done with pretty much everything that didn't involve the old man and his wife. Basically, everything between the first 15 minutes and the last 10 minutes.

Haven't seen the movie, but it's wierd....some people say it's the best ever and others say it's not watchable.

Pretty easy to get a guage on. If you love Tarantino moives, you will love this movie. If not, then you will not be impressed. Most common knock that I've heard is that people were under the impression that the movie would center around Brad Pitt and that it would be historically accurate. Neither of those would hold true.

I made the mistake of thinking it was based on a true story but quickly realized it wasn't.
