Rate the last movie you saw

Mama, Movie 43, Side Effects, Stand Up Guys, Hansel and Gretel. Gonna skip scoring them all and just say and didn't really like any of them. Mama and Side effects were the most well made but were predictable and in Mama's case a bit ridiculous. The other 3 were pretty terrible with Movie 43 being on a level of suckage that it can replace water boarding as an interrogation technique.

Zero - Dark - 30

I would say about a 7.
If your a tech type or like to watch interaction this is a good movie.
Or
You did not follow the story around Bin Laden.

Skyfall - not that good, can't even decide where to rate it. I actually like the villain (he was great in No Country for old men) and wish they'd shown more of his backstory and things.

Valentines day with the wife. She wanted to see Safe Haven. Hated it and she did too. Bad acting. Bad story. Cheesy. Slow, and just awful. The only good thing was that the actress is as pretty as it gets but stay on the dance floor sweety cause you can't act.

I think you and I are in the minority.

Not to rehash what I posted pages back, but it was such a letdown for me. I don't know if I bought into the hype, but I expected this to be the "best Bond ever" as I was reading and hearing.

Casino Royale is still king for me when it comes to Bond movies.

A Good Day to Die Hard - 2/10. Absolutely terrible film and it is a travesty what they have done to the character and the series. As bad as the last one was (which I guess was okay if it hadn't been called Die Hard), this one is far worse on every level. Poorly shot, scripted, acted, edited, etc. Everything is just wrong about this installment.

Thanks for saving me $10. I was planning on seeing it this weekend.

Identity Thief - not gonna rate it, was real corny. If ya have to see it, wait for on-demand or DVD.

Prometheus - 4/10

Main gripes are with the writers. Out of all the possible directions you could have gone with that storyline, this was what you came up with? Terrible plot and weak character development, you don't find yourself caring about what happens to these people. And the last time I checked the Alien franchise prided itself on suspense, but there was little suspense to be found.

Disappointing, they had an appealing premise but failed at building upon it. Shame, I thought this had potential after the first 20 mins.

This article makes some good points about the script.

Searching for Sugar Man - 10/10

One of the better documentaries you'll see. An amazing story and some really good music.

They always say best bond ever. Casino Royale is awesome though, and I didn't like Quantum of Solace. I thought Skyfall was in the middle of those two. It was good, but not Casino.

Great and Powerful Oz...7/10.

CG 10/10

Story 10/10

James Franco 1/10

"Beasts of the Southern Wild"- Absolutely the worst movie I have ever seen.

Wreck it Ralph - 8/10

Pretty good movie...just missing "something". The little girl character in the movie was really cute, prob the highlight of the movie.

Taken 2 - 6/10

Nothing really new here. Probably better than I thought it'd be though after hearing all the reviews. Liam's character talking to his daughter with the map was pretty cool and prob the best part. The fight choreography was lacking in this one though. Was tighter and felt more impactful in the first one.

I didnt like the face of Wicked Witch. It was a good prequel.
I would give it 8.5 of 10.

Lion, Scarecrows but not tin man? lol

Franco was perfect - a con man that wasnt really good. He played the character perfectly. It didnt require A list acting/actor.
