Signing Romo and Spencer long term would free up more cap space.

I wouldn't mind keeping Free either if we could get a lower cap hit from him now. Right now his pay is not at all in line with performance. The lack of restructure seems to point to a June 1 release or keeping him as is. Guess we will find out soon enough.

I heard they converted 3.6m of salary into a bonus and saved the club 2.93m this year.
