Look, I know people will disagree, but if I'm the GM of Baltimore I am not paying Jackson. The Ravens will pay him because he is popular and brings in the $$$$. It's a business after all. But as far as winning a championship, the Ravens have 0 chance with Jackson taking up 15% of the cap. He's a QB you can win with under a rookie deal if you stack the defense. Once that window is closed it's over.
