Ray Sherman not returning

Well this isn't very good. Dez said he went to either Sherman or Tashard Choice when he was hyped up. I don't want him pairing up with Choice who isn't good at controlling himself either.

If we are really looking to hold coaches accountable than would start with Campo,Houck and even Garrett before coming to Sherman.
Sherman is probably just the first to go. This is what happens when a team that was a SB favorite finishes 6-10. I hope Campo is next.....

Now we can assume who was given the media info about wr mutiny TO, Crayton, and Roy) cuz these same media types broke those stories. And not even Dallas Cowboys.com have a mention of this.

When his unit does not know their assignments, run sloppy routes, and cause about 10 INTs because of dropped passes damn right he has responsibility.

exactly what i was thinking. Yeah we like him but like Garrett said every coach will be evaluated along with the players. And this year the reciever sucked and caused alot of turnovers and ran wronge or sloppy routes.

This maybe Garrett testing the waters and trying to improve upon the situation maybe the WR was getting too relaxed. Heck Kevin Ogletree degressed from last year.

doesn't matter what we want--obviously, if he leaves, Garrett did not want him to stay

Interesting points, and true.

That brings up a good point. I'm not saying Sherman was "the mole", but if he was a good source for Hill, Watkins, etc., then of course they would put a negative slant on his leaving.

Jerry can be brutally loyal at times and Campo is the best example. I think Campo is colorful guy and would make great host on TV.

He could play the gopher in a remake of Caddyshack...

It is widely reported that Houck is probably retiring. And the OL played better after Garrett put em in pads and had them hitting in practice.

Campo will be gone when we hire a DC.

The WRs were extremely inconsistent all year and played a major role in about half our losses.

LOL people used to blame Romo for all that. Now they blame the receiver coach. This is becoming comedy show.

Anyone else think this opens up an opportunity for Wes Chandler to return

John McNulty perhaps?

A lateral move from the Cards though.

Ok as a fan, I have to live with whatever decisions the team makes. Because i'm never going to switch teams. So if Garrett wanted to make that call...then so be it!
But please folks stop trying to discredit ray sherman all of a sudden, because he's not returning! I haven't heard bad things about him all year and now he gets talked about?...Some of you sound like eagirls fans!
How about thanking the man for his good service as a coach, and wishing him well?...The man is a fine coach and I hope he lands an OC job somewhere!
Garrett wants to fully impliment his system and he wants "his" guys! So I'm not mad at that.
Hopefully it will work in our favor! People want Garrett to have a long legacy here so let him bring and develop his own staff!
Im excited for change, because we desperately need it!

WRs position was one of the strengths we had this season. It wasn't great but don't lump that in with the absolute failure we had on defense.

If you want to blame a coach blame all the coaches on defense.

All I can say is wow.

Since it is clear you don't understand I will attempt to put it into a real world picture just for you.

You are an assistant manager at McDonald's and your crew, mishandles food, doesn't clean, are rude to customers and don't live up to the standards expected.

The store manager tours the store and care to guess who will get reamed about the mess?

again,

I must be missing something, Bowles is now a fake minority. The Dallas media again trying to stir up something but missing the facts in the process.

I could be missing something but what is Watkins trying to stir up by that post?

Roy Williams?

okay, just kidding, this definately sucks. He probably was instrumental in getting Miles Austin where he is now and could've taken Bryant to an even higher level alot sooner than most reciever coaches.

Well I believe Roy was on his way to a solid season until Romo went down. Yea I know "what if's" right? But before Romo went down Ray Sherman had this receiving core playing exceptionally well. Even Roy.
