There's literally no RB on the NFL's draft board that I care to see us sign b/c I don't seen anyone left who appears to come in as being capable of breaking 40+ yard runs (... but correct me if I'm wrong, of course).

I took that to mean more like Quinn's already acquired DAL players he liked, and so there's plausibly some WAS players they've discussed acquiring.
