if he is not listed in the top 10, of which the slowest time was 4.48 then he obviously ran slower than a 4.48

I understand that. I was simply looking at the times themselves, and they were all pretty much dead on, leading me to assume that Ray Rices' should be too.

They posted the 4.33 time as official because that was his last run. Its not like he only ran once and right after the run they posted 4.27 unofficial and then changed it to 4.33 official.

4.33 isn't his official because it was the last he ran it is his official because it was the fastest time he ran.
