Good thing we got that RB to help the defense.

We improved from 19th to 20th...hey wait a minute...
You could go by DVOA, which considers strength of offenses faced. We moved up from 19th to 17th there -- not from playing a tougher schedule of offenses (it was actually much easier than 2015's) -- but evidently from playing much, much better against this weaker schedule.

But then, DVOA also gives more weight to the games later in the season, and we didn't play any good offenses toward the end of the season.

In an offseason where we absolutely needed to improve the defense....we got no help this year out of two top 34 picks. Shame.

Hopefully Jaylon is who we think he is.

Heath is not the same bad player he was in his rookie year. He has improved every year since he's been here.

He is one of the fastest players on the team and probably has the best ball skills out of all our DBs. How many times have we seen our DBs drop easy INTS? Heath doesn't drop easy INTS and the INT he had tonight was a very athletic play and hard one to make.
The ground he covered to get the int was insane.

It is because no one turns their heads! If Lee would have just swiveled his head on that TD, it is an easy INT.....a knockdown at least.

I was always taught to watch the receivers eyes and arms....when those change, the ball is almost there.

He was, his hands went up as the ball was arriving. That particular play he was too busy trying to catch up to the wr to turn around cause he was beat. If that ball was 2 inches left or right it wouldve been deflected....crazy. Inches got us multiple times in 1 game.
