He's the guy that probably intrigues me the most because he was very good his junior year and looked like a legit 2nd round to possible late first rounder. He struggled a bit last year and that brought down his draft stock, but I think there were some injury issues that slowed him down. He played big time college ball and if the injury issues were the case, I could see him surprising a lot of people if he gets healthy.

Exactly.
Could be a situation like when Mario Edwards was the 3rd CB chosen in his class by the Cowboys and was also a 6th rounder– He was the best of the bunch.
Is the title referencing that since Brown was a successful 6th round pick at CB we shouldn't over look White because he was also a 6th round round pick at CB?
Or is this referencing when we drafted 3 CB's in 2000? Goodrich, Larrimore, and Edwards. Is that recent history? 17 years ago?
This way of thinking is generalizing at it's worst. Not to mention lazy thinking.
This is no different than someone saying 'We shouldn't get too excited over Xavier Woods because recent history says that our late round safety (Kavon Frazier) barely saw the field.
Stupid.
The point is recent history has absolutely nothing to do with Marquez White or anyone else for that matter.
I would be happy with that result.Exactly.

Hopefully, Awuzie isn't Goodrich and Lewis isn't Larrimore.
One would hope not.

Yes, in the running game he tends to avoid contact, but in the passing game he will mix it up quite well with big WRs.I watched a few of his games leading up to the draft and came away very unimpressed. He hates contact and could not tackle me.
