He can work out with Eli
Lucky kids.
wow.....
he looks out of shape.
You need to realize he just came off back surgery lol. Of course he is going to look a little soft. He could barely move for goodness sake.
NOW if this was him without the back injury then I would be more worried. Good thing QB's don't need to look like Brady Quinn.
Then stop eating. Eat salad, fruits and Water. Not being able to work out is not an excuse.
Look at that belly he's SOFT.....But he's got 2 rings
My brother was a decent high school recruit in basketball a couple of years ago (he opted not to pursue in NCAA though). He got the opportunity to play 3 on 3 with Romo, Witten and Dez. Said Witten and Dez were awesome guys, but that Romo was kind of doughy and a sore loser (my brother is really fantastic and was playing with two other former NBA guys I think).
That said, we all still cheer Romo on. Dude is awesome.
Increases in fat percentage, as well as muscle atrophy is especially common in athletes with injuries. Back injuries and knee injuries majorly.
Considering the human diet needs roughly 20-25 % fats and ~35-40% protein a diet of salad, fruits and water will make Romo atrophy even more.
It is better for an injured athlete to maintain caloric intake **EVEN THOUGH METABOLISM SLOWS** then to eat a women's fitness model physique diet.
How comfortable would you honestly feel is Romo walked at 160 lbs after getting crushed after a season ending back injury?
