Was looking at Dane Brugler's seven-round mock (which I believe has been posted here) and decided to use his picks to determine who I'd take in each round if it fell that way.

12. WR Matthew Golden (stuck with Brugler's pick even though I badly wanted to take Derrick Harmon)

44. RB Quinshon Judkins (also stuck with Brugler here since we need to make sure we hit on a starter; wanted to take Tyleik Williams badly here)

76. DT Ty Robinson (Brugler picked Shemar Stewart)

149. CB Zah Frazier (again agreed on the position but not the player; Brugler picked Korie Black)

174. DT Nazir Stackhouse (DE Fadil Diggs; here's where we differed because I valued the big run-stuffer more)

204. DE Antwuan Powell-Ryland (LB Cody Simon)

211. LB Teddye Buchanan (CB/S Jordan Hancock)

217. LB Cody Lindenberg (S Kitan Crawford)

239. CB Alijah Huzzie (G Hayden Conner)

247. QB Kurtis Rourke (OT Jack Nelson)

Mostly a defensive draft after taking two offensive players early. Wanted an OL on the back end, but didn't like any of my choices later. If I hadn't wanted Stackhouse, I would have taken Clay Webb or Luke Kandra if either had made it to 204.

Meant to say I would have taken one of them at 174 if I didn't want Stackhouse. Instead, I lost out on Webb and Kandra before 204.

I like all of your picks better than Brugler's after Golden. I'd be willing to take him if it wasn't at 12.

Re: Lindenburg. I think he goes a tad higher, especially if you listen to his interviews. He's a smart player with a good head on his shoulders. That'll go a long way with some teams.

Huzzie is a really good player and was tearing up the competition at the shrine bowl. However, he ended up tearing his ACL at the shrine bowl and will probably have to red shirt his rookie season in the NFL. I don't think he will be fully healed until the 2026 season.

I can live with it but prefer another 3rd down Back later in the draft like Brashard Smith.

I have aoured on Golden. wouldn't take him at 12.

Love the Judkins pick. I’ve been clamoring for him the past couple of days. 45 TD’s rushing the past 3 years folks. He’s our guy.

I like it.

Ty Robinson would be an ideal 1-2 with Osa in short order, and maybe play next to him in obvious pass rushing sets.

Stackhouse is an ideal name for a big NT, lol. Seems like a plugger at the very least. Wouldn't mind Biggers from GT as well for a 1 tech.
