Not why they lost but still inconsistent......Fair criticism of officiating is always warranted its what fans do as well as team officials after a poorly called game or poorly perceived called game

There was a play that the announcer referred to Wilbur being in for Ware. I looked at Wilbur on the next play, he beat the OT with a spin to the inside and the OT just tackled him after the move no hold was called. That's not even counting the two arms around the neck I counted.
how many times do you count the Cowboys' oline holding and getting away with it?

The Cowboys were whistled for five penalties for 33 yards today.

The Chargers were whistled for eight for 75 yards.

Yep, it was the officials who screwed the Cowboys........

Some of it was the calls that weren't made, like several Detroit muggings of our pass rushers on crucial plays.

The Cowboys held just as much.

The refs had no impact on this game. The Cowboys screwed this one up all on their own.

the officials aren't the reason we won/lost.

But to use total penalties called as rationale as to how the calls were inconsistent is pretty bad logic.

Instead of 8 for 75...maybe they should have been 13 for 120?

No, it's stating the facts.

There's holding on almost every play. It's not called that often. If you pay attention enough, you would see that the Cowboys get away with it as much as anyone.

There might be some holding on every play, but are there multiple head locks that don't get called?

I'm not saying I disagree.

But quoting stats from the game....isn't debating what's being discussed.

People are blaming the refs for not calling penalties on the Chargers.

In reality, the Chargers were called for nearly twice as many penalties as the Cowboys.

So, once again, how is it that I am not in sync with the debate here?

I am not even disputing that, but there were several absolutely blatant choke holds on our players today that were not called.

Again, in EVERY game, the same thing happens.

It would have been nice to see the DL actually beat some blocks today. They didn't.

it would be nice to see more consistency in the officiating, but we don't.

Because we are discussing missed calls. Pretty egregious ones. They aren't why we won or lost. But they were missed.

Because the Chargers had other calls made against them...doesn't invalidate that initial premise at all.

Freeney got hurt on a hold not called and you guys are whining about holds not called. Unbelievable.

There were no missed calls in this game that cost the Cowboys this football game.

It was their own poor play. Nothing else.

Did you watch to see how many calls were missed against the Chargers, or is that not a valid argument also?

I saw a chokehold by the Chargers right guard that went uncalled. I think we were also called for a penalty on the exact same play

That actually happened at least 2 times that I saw. Blatant holds....
