Wayne isnt going to contribute on special teams. Barring injury to one of the starters that are obviousky better than him, he has no spot on the team.

What's it going to be then, eh?

I would love if we signed this guy to a cheap 1 year deal. Ofcourse he isn't what he use to be, but he would be a darn good 4th WR and insurance policy if anyone gets hurt. I've heard several camp reports now saying Street has looked pretty bad. As a 4th WR with a ton of knowledge and a ring on the cheap, oh yeah give me Wayne

First three spots are sewn up.

You cannot have a dead roster spot like that if the ST contribution is not there.

Still a crying shame that there are veterans who get squeezed out of the league because of roster requirements.

They need to really look at this. It cheapens the game.

But then again, NFL owners don't want to give expensive veterans a chance and the limited roster size allows for an excuse to have cheap disposable talent.

Where are the camp reports saying Street has looked bad? Links please. I haven't read anything on ESPN Cowboys blog or the Boys website on this. I check those sites every day.

From the TC footage that I've seen Street doesn't plant a foot to make cuts. Just runs rounded off lazy routes with a DB all over him. I don't know if it is actually Street or if it is what the play called for, either way I expected more from Street this year.

Unless we end up absorbing a bunch of injuries at WR, absolutely not. Wayne would just waste a roster spot. We already have enough players on the roster to catch Tony Romo's passes.
