I don't believe the db did either one of those things. As I saw it, Dez initiated the contact while attempting to go through the defender to get to the off target pass.

Receivers draw PI all the time.

2 Officials threw flags at different angles. Dez was trying to make a play on the ball and if there wasn't any contact, it's probably caught.

Oh boo hoo. Fat Andy Reid complaining is what he does best. Been that way since his Eagles days.

Refs absolutely refuse to call holding on the other team week after week yet we get called with the most ticky tack holding calls. I can't count how many times our DL had their man beat and they blatantly got hold but no call at all. Yet we can expect about 3-4 holding calls it seems per game.

DB wasn't playing the ball, Dez was. That makes it PI. Receiver has every right to run to the ball. DB has to play the ball as well or he will be called for PI for restricting the wr.
