LoL,,that Kaw 3 cylinder claimed blazing speed,,,I remember when that import was unveiled,,, well,I'd have to reminiscence the most on MOMMA'S COOKING,,, & probably wedging that matchbook up under the 8-track cartridge to keep Ted& the Amboy dukes from dragging,,,, also back to when the whole world just wasn't so damn small like it is today,ya know?,,, sure ,I feel I've definitely benefited thru interactions with my 'fellows' in this internet age BUT I was pretty content and still in quest of certain knowledge before it blew into town to begin with,,,also that whole "worlds policeman" shtick has absolutely grown dull& rusty.o_O

Yep blazing fast but with the brakes of a mini bike leaving me in the middle of peoples yards and run off the road LOL but at that age who thought about brakes until the beast was on top of me burning a hole in my leg with the pipe . That was a very heavy bike to get out from under .

Mine was blue and white like the old 69 Camaros color . It had no choke I dripped fuel into the air cleaners to start it . The center Cyl would burn out on hot days I found out after replacing the piston and rings a couple times guess because the front wheel blocked the air and it was getting hotter in between the other two .

In cold weather that thing was a rocket ship . The colder it was the better it ran .

After dealing with all this I went on a savings program and in 1988 got a GSXR 1100 that I still have today . At that point I had a new meaning of fast along with stopping power and reliability .

WoW!,,, I have a faint recollection of hearing about that middle piston being a problem,,,other than Enduro dirt bikes& a 750 bonniville triumph 'pulling' 3 wheeler, I didn't go asphalt warrior till much later in life.( those dirt bikes could make a midnight beer run in nothing flat along the back roads, ya know?o_O)

There's no such thing as a good chain pizza place. Good pizza is made by pizza chefs, not 18 year old kids, just looking for a little paycheck.
I worked at a real pizzaria back in 84. Today, I'd say Round table comes close to there best.

Nice list of bands and I assume your favorite is Yes? To me, one of the most underrated bands regarding creativity and musicianship and Jon Anderson's voice was an instrument. We saw them on the Close to the Edge tour and I could tell there were some people in the audience that were not familiar enough with their music and grew restless with the length of the songs.

Yes,I’ve been to over 40 of their shows. CTE is my favorite and you’re spot on about Jon’s voice.

I made the mistake of taking my wife to the Tormato show. The album that but the prog in prog rock. It was like "hey, we're tired of making music that the fans like and understand, let's do some weird s***". We left halfway through it and didn't even stay for our favorites.

Yes was a large part of my "let's make love" tape back in the day. Along with the Moody Blues. I credit that with my ability to last as long as I did and I am not bragging as anything past foreplay was a plus. "Hey, we're not to my favorite song yet. The one that puts the motion to the ocean, the glide in my stride and the cut to my strut". I would add bump to my hump but that would be crass and crude. And Yes was a classy band.

Loved the Dirt bikes bought a blown up CR 480 Honda 2 stroke air cooled bike rebuilt it and look out . A safer bet would have been buying a grenade with the pin out . This bike showed me a level of power and pain I had not yet experienced . These players talk about the head trauma and impacts causing concussions .

Never saw a helmet to helmet break a helmet in half in the NFL did it twice on that bike with Bell Moto 4s. One on a tree the other on a rock . No concussion protocol in the swamps of Belplain N.J. just me wondering around dazed and lost with an old beer can needing to get some fuel to make it back to the truck LOL. Hated them guys on 125s that could run forever on a tank and still get back even after getting lost .

In the day I remember liking WhiteSnake for that purpose and a few Van Halen tunes but I was young then .

I would have liked to have been a student of yours if that's all the math you taught.

But I gotta feelin' you started each class with "Now listen up all you MFers".
And ended with......"Why-in-the F are you talking while I'm talking?" "Are you F ing finished so I can continue?"

Never a professor but did lecture extensively over the years. I guess you could call that a side hustle, though the honorariums were meager. But that dark-eyed gal at TSU made it worthwhile....
Oh yes.....a few coeds made those seven years worthwhile!
