However, the 2 rookies they get in the draft will be difficult to tackle. It does not take much to tackle our current RB’s.

When was the last time Dallas drafted the exact person you wanted them to take ( in the first two rounds)? However, the 2 rookies they get in the draft will be difficult to tackle.
Lamb and Parsons and Zeke. When was the last time Dallas drafted the exact person you wanted them to take ( in the first two rounds)?
Pretty sure this is last year of guaranteed money. If they are moving on from him its way more likely he gets cut than traded. He is a negative asset until the guaranteed money is dry
And he will be getting paid 14 million not to play. You aren't getting a pick back for thatPretty sure this is last year of guaranteed money.
If traded he will be at $9M for his new team and nothing guaranteed moving forward. $10M with roster bonus. And he will be getting paid 14 million not to play. You aren't getting a pick back for that
Hopefully someone that remembers him as an interception machine and not a sure-to-be-hurt liability. We'll seeWho would give us anything for an injured player who won't play until whatever part of the season!
I could see a trade for another player the other team wants to dump.Hopefully someone that remembers him as an interception machine and not a sure-to-be-hurt liability. We'll see
It was sarcasm. I dislike diggs more than anybody on this websiteYou a Cowboy fan or a Treyvon Diggs fan?
Matt Eberflus, Dallas’ new defensive coordinator, doesn’t blitz like Mike Zimmer, nor stunt like Dan Quinn. He prioritizes run defense and coverage. For pressure, he generally relies on his front four linemen's individual ability. Finding players who are capable of creating pressure and still maintaining run responsibilities is the trick. It’s why defensive line is such a need heading into free agency and the draft.Besides injury history and his contract...the thing about Diggs is he isn't a good fit for a heavy zone scheme that Eberfus uses. Diggs is a press/man to man CB. He struggles in zone...he's a chance taker/lack of discipline and will easily bite. Oh yeah, a good zone CB will and can come up to tackle.
Quinn can have him.

I understand perfectly how Eberflus zone scheme works, especially compared to Zimmer and Quinn's schemes. But when Diggs walks onto the carpet, he fits nicely and is experienced.
