He can't pass a physical, so it would be his entire base of 9mil+ remaining SB for the dead cap hit.
2025 base was guaranteed for injury and becomes fully guaranteed the 5th day of the 2025 season.

so if pre-june 1st cut, it's 18mil dead vs 12mil cap hit.
If after June 1st, it's 12mil dead vs 12 mil dead. A wash.

I'm interested in reasonable posts about his health and the likely hood on him coming back to be a decent player or not.

I didn't know he suffered a serious second knee injury...kind of thought he was trying to get out of the game in a throw away season as opposed to being seriously hurt

I'm curious what scouts say about his on tape ability when he has played healthy. Is he mistake prone but makes up for it with athletics? Is he solid technique wise or not? How much would it cost to move on from him...since there are usually a few options at varying costs to move on from a player

This is dumb...of course the Cowboys wont come out and publically say they are shopping Diggs around as they dont want the fallout if they cant find a trade partner. That doesn't mean there is zero validity to the story. FA starts in just over a week, and most of Diggs 2025 salary becomes guaranteed just a few days after that. For that reason alone this has 100% been discussed behind closed doors at the star. Even if it is speculation its worth discussion among fans when its one of the slowest news times of the year.

For another week these topics are going to come up unless you want nothing but Dak and OSA threads until the legal tampering window opens up next week. Whats wrong with a little topic variety?
