I have no idea about what? ...evidence that was never presented, and as far as anyone is concerned does not exist. You can not prove a negative. When the assertion to prove is a negative claim, the burden takes the form of a negative proof, proof of impossibility, or mere evidence of absence.

You have no idea about the differences between the Criminal trial and the Civil trial. She took a settlement to agree there wouldn't be a civil trial, which has absolutely no bearing on the criminal trial.

In terms of evidence, the girl gave the police a sworn report. That's evidence. She also testified at the initial hearing. That evidence. The two don't match, which is why the DA dropped the case. If both were consistent the DA would use those and/or subpoena the girl to testify at the criminal trial.

And by the way, if the girl was proven to have given false testimony in the police report or trial its a felony.

So, judge said 'convicted', appeal said dismissed = not guilty.

Anything else is speculation.

That's not how it works. Dismissed just means the charges will not be pursued. There was no "not guilty" verdict rendered. You seem to be more caught up in the legal ramifications and don't care about the morality of his actions. He's a bad person, never mind his "legal issues".

the judge said the evidence persuaded her beyond reasonable doubt that Hardy beat Holder, threw her around his apartment, then tried to hide his actions with a fabricated 911 call.

He threw cash at her to shut her up and it worked. Good for him he has the resources to do that.

Then I applaud your consistency but disagree with the approach. If it only took an accusation to get someone out of the NFL a couple of grand and a false report could take Tony Romo off the roster.
