Bottom line, Zeke is paying the price for the Ray Rice and Josh Brown fiascos. This is all about the NFL's public image and nothing else. The irony of course is that the NFL is keeping it's rushing champion and one of it's brightest young stars in the news for a crime he didn't commit. I'd fire my PR team.

I wouldn't go as far as to say I don't care what they're doing, but if no arrests are made, then I agree with your first statement...the NFL should stop trying to be more powerful than the local court systems. If there's an arrest and conviction in local courts, then by all means...yes, I care.
