How does it feel to state moronic things? I'd really like to know.
And away I will go. When stands begin to empty and the TV contracts dry up, we will have the last laugh.
just for my clarification who are " WE" here?
LOL. Now THAT would be surprising.
I'm not telling you your opinion is right or wrong..I'm telling you how it is..I think it's unlikely the stands begin to empty..but that's my opinion
Millions across the country. I have two friends that are long time Titan season ticket holders. Yesterday directly following the anthem they left the stadium. They will no longer attend Titan's games. There are many that will follow suit.
Did I make a statement? I am trying to get an understanding. Do you know what one means for one to make a statement? Are you deflecting from facing a realization about yourself? We are all here for each other, or at least, I for you. Tell me, how do you really feel?
The NFL thinks they're too big and important for any backlash about the decisions they make. They're about to find out they're wrong.
While wearing a black glove lol, the meltdown would be spectacular (for the record NOT a good idea lol)
Agree. BUT NOT ON THE FANS TIME!
Wouldn't shock me to be honest..the product is worsening, that's for sure
It has more to do with certain "fans" not liking the why and how of the protest. They do not agree that police brutality and institutional racism are worthy of kneeling for.
Then there are those who only support the players when they have the uniform on, not realizing theyre still black and subject to the same oppressionary issues when they take the uniform off.
People like them hated Ali, john carlos, etc. In their time, but now in this generation, its time for the next wave of athletes to speak up for the unheard, and i feel theyll be successful like those that came before them, and Kap will go down in the history books.
It's not on your time. It's on their time. They aren't spending any more of your time than they would be if they didn't protest. So time isn't important here
Yeah, it must suck making millions of dollars playing a kid's game. I certainly wish I was that oppressed.
This i agree with.I can see the reason why they do it but they have to realize the NFL is a business and you dont want to piss of the consumer even though you take them for granted.
There is no time when minorities can get away from the issues they face. The best part of America is the FREEDOM to protest injustice. And not just when its convenient for someone watching TV.
Why can't people separate this from running blocking and tackling? This is comical. You don't own the players or their minds? Do you even care about where they come from, what got them there or their circumstances or is it just entertainment?
I did a little editing in your post. Please forgive me.
Money is not a magical force field that protects minorities from racism, women from sexism, etc. Etc.
How many of you could show up at your job and tell your boss before you start, you'd like to take a few minutes to go outside the factory, office, or whatever to do some protesting??? Let me know how that works out for you.
