That Jordoan fella is T.O.'s publicist. T.O. pays him one dollar per post to pimp him up. Oh, and a iLove me some me" tee shirts to walk around in.

Marketing, dude! Self promotion! That's what Jordan does for the GREAT ALMIGHTY....T.O.!!

He could have done that over the phone. He brought his wife because he was expecting a news conference.
Hey, either JG was mislead or is dumb or his wife wanted to see StL before deciding. I don't see that there are reall any other choices. I'm not sure which it is -- I think it's plausible that JG's wife wanted to see the place, especially if they have school-age kids.

I was pretty indifferent about Garrett staying or going. Wanted him to go at times and stay at others.

I don't think hes a god like most of us thought last year but he isn't the scrub hes being made out to be now.

:star:I also was indifferent about Garret going or staying...but at the end of the day I want TO gone more than anything else...then lets see what the air is like among the players and in the lockerroom with TO gone and Garrett still there. Air my be different then after all.

I want TO gone as well but this doesn't necessarily do the trick since JG's once-building leverage has just collapsed.

I've been to Stl. many times and I have to say...it's not the prettiest place or safest place to go!

If I had an option to go there or stay in Dallas...I stay in Dallas!

I'll tell you one thing, if it comes out truthfully that Garrett actually turned the Rams down, teams will back away from him from here on out regardless of what they think of his talent. How can he cut his own future HC throat by continously backing out of offers? Either Rams got cold feet or JJ offered up something to Garrett at the last minute. It has to be one or the other...JG can't be that dumb to commit possible HC career suicide with 3 turn downs. Can he?

It could be a lot of things.

The Rams may not have given Garrett everything he wanted. They may not have paid him what he thought he deserved. He may have thought the job would be a mess with a franchise that might want to move in a year or two. He might have decided that working in Dallas isn't all that bad.

Or the Rams might have changed their minds. They might have seen some of their fan reponse and decided to go in another direction. They might have had nightmares of Mike Martz and Scott Linehan.

Any number of things could have happened. Garrett didn't get the job in St. Louis, and it looks like he is your Dallas Cowboys coordinator again this season. Now, what does that mean for the fans, the players, and management in Dallas? That's my biggest issue.

No one wanted him. The sooner we all realize it and move on the better. Now we get a pansy *** back at OC. I'm so thrilled.
