He was/is highly overrated in Dallas as a QB, but I honestly don’t have an issue with his broadcasting. I do think Olsen is better than him but color guys are always an acquired taste. Aikman is my favorite by far, but I know a lot of people don’t like his style.

I'll probably be run out of town by some posters but I never thought he was that good in the first place. Broadcasting is more than knowing what play is going to be run next. To me he just left a lot to be desired from a broadcasting standpoint, and his voice is annoying.

Well, bricks are starting to fly, I guess it's time to board up the windows :laugh:
Romo's gravelly, hoarse voice drove me nuts the first game I listened to him. I failed to catch the euphoria many others had for him.
