I for one would be surprised ... Here in Tampa they will keep him or trade him.. But he won't be released .. Lovie will work with him and unlike Monte will design to his strengths ....
Bucs have a pretty large pr revis campaign in swing here ... He is probably in all likelihood staying... That's the buzz in Tampa

I am curious. What strengths did the Cowboys defense have last year that Monte did not take advantage of? I honestly cannot think of any.

We're kind of like the Seahawks were three years before they became good --.....

.

so 3.5 years into your golden boy's (Garrett) HC tenure, we are "three years" away from being good?

usual laughable excuse-making, but par for the course for you

In todays's NFL a single shut down CB is not as important as it was when Deion was around. With the new wuss rules you can throw it over the middle easily; and with the more sophisticated passing games one TOP CB just is not that big a need.

QBs are too expensive as they are and no way is any other player worth as much.

The league tends to follow the current models of success. It's like when Garrett was being considered as HC around the league, a bunch of teams were infatuated with young guys as HC. Among them douchebag in New England. Nowadays, you get success with big-name college coaches like Carroll and Kelly.

Teams are looking at what Seattle did, because it's success tied with being financial friendly.

No team is dumb enough to offer a lot for Revis, because it doesn't win championships. Seattle has Sherman, but they lock down everywhere else, plus Sherman was drafted late despite his greatness.
