If you pay attention to his Dallas critiques on ESPN over the years, it feels like he's been angling for a job here for awhile.

The DC coordinator coaching merry go round. The place where old coaches go to pad their retirement plan without any threats of conflict where accountability is nil. Just lay low, collect the paychecks until your used as a scapegoat to walk away in a year or 2. Lather, rinse, repeat.
