This is pure smoke. He won't play. We shouldn't spend any time preparing for him either.

True...if Russell Wilson can't beat the Cowboys, RG3 sure won't with all the rust of not playing for so long.

It's like Danny boy hates the guy and is trying to get him out of football for ever.lol

Seriuosly. Danny is rich because he is smart. He knows a bad stock when he sees it..... SELL!! SELL!! SELL!!

Many fans in DC are already screaming to draft Mariota in next years draft. They are excited to just have a first round pick. :)

If Gruden wants to be their coach he has to reset their course... Course correction if you will.

KJJ: "We can't beat Seattle in Seattle Lol"

We not only beat them we abused them.

Guess he was wrong about Romo's back and Seattle.

I made that comment after the loss to SF in the season opener. Feel free to post my quote so we can all see the date it was submitted. lol What were you saying back then about the Cowboys chances vs Seattle? What we ALL thought about the Cowboys chances this season after their 0-4 preseason and season opening loss to SF quickly changed after they won their next 4 straight games. I felt at that time they had a chance to beat Seattle in Seattle but didn't think they would however I did expect a competitive game. If you were predicting a Cowboys win in Seattle let's see your prediction. As for Romo's back what did I say about it? I never posted he was done but I am surprised he's played as well as he has. He's made some escapes I didn't think he could still make but like I said this has been a very unpredictable season thus far. What exactly were you saying about Romo's back prior to the season? Have I been wrong about the Cowboys so far this season?.... YEP! lol

Who hasn't been wrong about this team so far? Show me anyone who predicted a 6-1 start for the Cowboys? Who could have imagined the Cowboys could overcome a 21 point deficit ON THE ROAD to win a game? Who would have predicted the Cowboys would overcome 2 turnovers and a blocked punt for a TD to win IN Seattle? Who would have predicted Murray would be on a 2000 yard pace and set an NFL record with 7 straight 100 yard games to start a season? Who would have predicted that after the first 7 games the COWBOYS would be considered by many as the best team in the NFL? Dude EVERYONE has been wrong about the Cowboys so far but there's still 9 games to go. Hopefully Romo and Murray stay healthy. We had a scare with Romo a couple of weeks ago so do me a favor and don't mention his back until the season is OVER.

Hey Look its KJ...funny to see you around, How does Romo's back look now drama boy?

I've been around and the last 2 posts I submitted prior to today were very positive. Like I told the other poster don't mention Romo's back until after the season. There's still 9 games to go but some of you seem determined to put a jinx on this season.

Swimming backwards, huh? lol

Who predicted all off season that the Cowboys would suck golf balls through a hose? Not me....

I never predict what the Cowboys will do or won't do, yet you have come here all off season dogging the hell out of this team. Now, like the "realists" you want to join in on the fun and eat at the table?

Typical KJJ response. I knew you would find a way to wiggle out of the crap that you spew all the time!

Hey, tell us all about Eli, and Tebow, or Russell Wilson. Hey, how about Kapernick(sp) of the 49'rs? You know, all those "elite" QB's that you were howling about?

Go back to where you were. smh

This aint 2012 bro, that RG3 is long gone.

Even the 2012 version of RG3 sucked vs the Cowboys in the season finale that year. He only passed for 100 yards and completed 50% of his passes. Turnovers were the difference in that game.

"Yeah, I didn't think the Cowboys would be this good, but neither did anyone else." Am I representing this fairly?

[qfund ="DallasEast, post: 5758512, member: 1630"]Maybe Griffin feels pressured that McCoy could eventually threaten his starting spot moreso than Cousins ever could.[/quote]

I find it funny that everyone has started the talk as if McCoy was the better qb that could possibly challenge RGIII. If he was that good he would have been starting over Cousin's. The reality is he was (like Cousin ) a one hit wonder coming off the bench. Let him start several games and watch the decline.

Wow struck a nerve huh? Actually you made the comment after we won two straight on the road and we were preparing for Hou.

One hit from Rolando and RG3 may be back on the sidelines. I like RG3 but reality is reality.

I fully expect that Gruden knows McCoy will start, but want's us to waste time preparing for RG3. Truth is, by today he needed to know who he was going with, or else, he's only hurting his own team, because the way his own coaches game plan, will be different if it's RG3 or McCoy. On top of that, come thursday, you can't have RG3 taking reps from McCoy, unless you know he is a go. Gruden knows who is starting, just isn't enough time to prepare two QBs for Monday so if McCoy is getting reps in the portion of practice open to the media, then RG3 will be inactive.

The Dallas coaches are very good. They are smarter than we are. You can bet that they are preparing for either option and they will be ready.

idk, theres a handful of guys around here who i guarantee think otherwise

Impossible to strike a nerve on me if I'm wrong about something I have no problem admitting it especially if it favors the Cowboys but there's still 9 games to go and a lot can still happen. I made that comment several times about the Seattle game but once the Cowboys reached 4-1 their chances of winning in Seattle improved in everyone's mind. As you research my comments you'll see that I never officially counted the Cowboys out this season. I said prior to the season that anything can happen and for the Cowboys to have a chance they can start no worse than 3-1 and that several players on defense will have to step up.

I don't have time to research what you were saying about the Cowboys before it became apparent they're a legit contender but if you're going to slam my calls let's see where you were calling it differently? It's easy for some to slam the calls most were making 6-7 weeks ago with the Cowboys now riding high at 6-1 but I'm sure those who are calling out others were as down on the Cowboys chances as the rest of us at the start of the season. The 2014 season has been the complete opposite of the 2010 season so far. The expectations heading into the 2010 season were sky high for the Cowboys and they started off 1-6 in their first 7 games.

Fast forward to 2014 and the expectations were as low as I can remember for a Cowboys team and here they are 6-1 after their first 7 games. I've been following the Cowboys for 42 years and have never been so surprised by a Cowboys team as I am this one. The Cowboys had possibly the worst offseason in team history losing 3 of their best defensive players and their top corner for the first 2 games AND their top defensive pick for at least the first 8 games and this defense has comparable stats to the Cowboys 95 defense that helped win a SB....UNBELIEVABLE! This has been a dream of a season so far and let's hope it continues.

Witten would probably be able to outrun RG3 right now.
