Don't you mean disappointing season??

I get busy and can't post much and some try and spin it's because I'm disappointed the Cowboys are winning. :laugh:You and I both became members of this board in Aug of 09 and compare my post total to yours. I wouldn't be questioning my passion for the Cowboys. I'm not a fair weather fan like some who only show up to post when the team is finally winning.

Actually, even after a 3 game winning streak, you continued to claim we had zero shot of winning in Seattle.

How about posting my quotes and let's see exactly what I said and when I said it. I know for a fact that after the Cowboys reached 4-1 I never posted anything about them having a zero shot of winning in Seattle. I was too busy to give my opinion leading up to the game. Like most everyone I did think the Cowboys would lose to Seattle but in a competitive game. It was obvious at 4-1 the Cowboys were a much better team than anyone thought they would be which gave them a chance in Seattle. By week 6 you could see some chinks in Seattle's armour which again gave the Cowboys a chance. What we've seen with the Cowboys this season has surprised the entire NFL world it's been a pinch me type season so far.

Blah, blah, blah . . . . . . . . . . . .

Thats a tired old line. You know nobody is going to waste their time digging up your old "quotes" especially since there is no search feature. So that "prove it" smokescreen is meaningless. Its not even necessary to post your "quotes." You've created your own bed and now you have to lie in it, even if you wet it.

The Cowboys need to win Sunday vs Houston or they'll be back to 500 after facing Seattle because they're not beating the Seahawks in Seattle. Let's not get carried away the Cowboys have been playing well but they're not good enough to win in Seattle. Let's not forget the Cowboys had to battle from 21 points down on the road to a Rams team that was playing with their 3rd string QB and had their most explosive receiver out as well as one of their best defensive players. The Cowboys have benefitted from what has been a soft schedule so far. None of the teams they've faced have a winning record. The 3 teams the Cowboys have beaten have a combined record of 3-8.

If the Cowboys beat Houston and lose to Seattle they'll be in very good shape at 4-2. I think all of us would have been very happy with a 4-2 start prior to the season. If the Cowboys lose to Houston they could be in for a very bumpy ride the next few weeks with the Giants, Commanders and Cardinals coming up. The Cowboys need to pile up as many wins as they can the first half of the season because the schedule is going to toughen especially the final 6 games 4 of which will be on the road. Although the Cowboys are 3-1 the Houston game is critical because a loss could send the Cowboys spiraling downward with Seattle and the Giants who appear to have gotten back on track coming up.

I made those comments "prior" to the Houston game when the Cowboys were 3-1. I said after they reached "4-1" I never posted anything about them having a zero shot of winning in Seattle. I never even gave an opinion on the Seattle game after the Cowboys reached 4-1.

Actually I do not need to go back and read anything, because I am not taking anyone's side. I simply posted exactly what you said about our chances of beating Seattle and the Giants. You're the one who said if you are wrong you have no problem admitting it.

You were wrong. Got enough balls to admit it?
