I would give up a 2nd or 3rd round pick for him, Seattle is willing to part with him from what I am hearing.

I don't believe that. Where are you getting this? His cap hit for this year is $11.4M. If they trade him, he will cost them $9.4M in dead money. (only freeing up 2M in cap space) The guy is 28 years old in the prime of his dominating career. Trading him would be completely asinine.

I don't believe this for a second.

EDIT: his cap hit is actually $13M, but it's still stupid to trade him at that price and his quality.

I'D give up a first. Shiit we're talking about one of the best, if not THE best, corners in the game right now and he's just entering his prime. My biggest question/concern is why are the SeaHags trying to trade him?

He's towards the bottom end of his prime as he turns 29 at the end of the month.

For a 2nd rounder, I would take him. But, that's not going to happen.

The guy is in his prime now (25 to 30) and his contract ends when he exits his prime. (2018 is the last year on the contract)

Trading for him would be an easy trade for contract reasons.

I wonder if we can restructure Romo's contract so it could make him tradable. Hopefully we can get a first for him and then we could package up that first and our third for Sherman. Yes, I would do that all day

I wouldn't be against it. We're likely going to use our 1st on a defensive player anyway. May as well spend it on a known great player.

Rumor is they were going to give DWare 9M. Thought I saw Sherman's salary for 2017 was 11M.
It wasn't the Cowboys or Denver making that offer. A 3rd team that Ware did not want to play for made that offer. Possibly the Rams where Wade Phillips is DC.
