there is no sense to cut a talented player for that unless u have at least 1 (preferably 2) replacements of equal talent
the risk of additional problems though goes way up with random testing

It depends on if he had prior issues or what exactly happened last night.

Or better yet.just move the team to Amsterdam and call themselves “The Couch Potatoes”. Like how is it the Dallas Cheerleaders can manage to keep it straight,but NFL men can’t handle it? Yeah I partied a lot too,but I wasn’t in some big company with a “keep it clean” policy. And he picks this time of all times??? Yeah....do whatever then.

You have a guy who knew he was on the cusp of being cut......but getting high was more important to him the night before. Shouldnt that be enough to know about his character? Why why why why does this team every year have 1 or 2 or 3 key guys that get suspended every year for drugs. They are not fully commited to making the dallas cowboys better. Getting high id more important. While i totally agree weed should be legal but its not people. Its not and u can not make a football team because of it. So the same players choose weed over the cowboys. It drives me nuts.
