I'm pretty sure this is the play Broaddus mentioned in his Scout's Notebook from Wednesday.

One of Dak Prescott’s best throws of the day was the strike he delivered to Rico Gathers during Blitz Period. Prescott, standing in the middle of the pocket, managed to fit the ball between Byron Jones and a driving Robert Blanton. Gathers did a great job of working Jones up the field to the outside, then broke hard inside to buy the space. Prescott knew exactly where he was going with the ball and he let it fly right at chin level for Gathers to haul in. If the pass had been a tick late or off the mark, Blanton would’ve knocked it down.

thanks for sharing. I recall Broaddus' mention. Was an alright route and catch by Rico but nothing to get overly worked up about and certainly nothing for Babe to put Witten on notice. Must be the time of year and them drooling for anything to chirp about.

Safeties and LB's are in for it...

It's basically been my football thesis the last few years.

Who can defend these 6'6"' to 6'8" athletes? LB's are too slow, safeties are too small. Then if you can put two monsters (12 personnel) like that on the field, there is not too many defenses who have two athletic freaks on defense who can stop them.

Yea I was trying to think what teams have defenses that can consistently cover someone like that but I cant...

Im thinking its blurred intentionally, maybe?

I like how he had to pull up quickly at the end to avoid running into traffic.

Rico runs like 4.75 or so.
That should not be too fast for LB though their coverage skills would not be as good.
But he still outweighs most LB by 20-40lbs...
