Height is not conducive to change of direction. It is about physically impossible to be quick when you're 6'7" tall.

You can be quick for a tall guy... but you can't be like Beasley or Switzer quick.

Is Rico considered shifty/quick? Not talking straight-line speed, rather Beasley-type quickness (albeit on a much larger frame). The quick-twitch variety.

He is the Beasley of 6-6, 275 guys.

You have to have quickness to play college basketball but I don't know how to compare his quickness to somebody else.

Change of direction is a much bigger issue than top speed.

I noticed that too. Dak also looked right for quite a while before throwing left. Great looking play all around. Can't wait for this season!
