reps are earned, particularly in performance in practice. (see antwuan woods). he does seem to possess good receiving skills. he just needs to work harder at the rest of the game. sometimes the bulb comes on, sometimes it doesn't. he is in control of his own destiny.

The coaches need to start giving Rico much more chances than a handful of plays.

Why?

They've seen all the TEs in practice for weeks. Players earn game time in camp. Rico doesnt seem to have done that. Jarwin seems to be winning the job. He's the guy you want to get a ton of snaps.
